2. Top Voices Programme
A Unique Mentoring and Coaching Programme for Policy and Technical Professionals

II. Monthly Communication Support – a high-intensity programme with real follow-through:
✓ A weekly session with me
✓ Feedback between sessions on all kinds of communication, such as scripts for videos, podcasts and media appearances, social media content, formal presentations, press releases, articles and blog posts
✓ Practical tasks and challenges to deliver between sessions
✓ Periodic check-ins with the participant's manager or Secretary General, to make sure we are on track
III. Highly tailored to each person
It starts with a structured, training-style session, continues with personalised coaching based on the participant's role, audiences and challenges, and ends with a package of practical tools (such as a checklist before speaking and do's and don'ts) that they keep using long after the programme.
